The pads are made from soft, organic cotton that feels gentle against the skin. The absorbent core can handle all flow levels, while multiple layers provide maximum protection and absorbency. The leak-proof bottom layer has silicone dots that ensure a secure grip.

All layers of the pad are made from 100% organic cotton. The bottom layer is blended with a small amount of PUL to make it water and leak-proof, while still remaining breathable. Plus, it has silicone dots to keep the pad in place.
Yes. The organic cotton is gentle and free from synthetic dyes, fragrances, and harsh chemicals.
It depends on your flow, but we recommend changing every 4–8 hours for optimal hygiene and comfort.
- After using the pad, rinse in cold water or soak in a bucket full of cold water to remove the blood.
- Machine wash with gentle detergent. Add baking soda for odor control.
- Airdry in sunlight (the sun naturally disinfects).
- Ensure the pad is completely dry before storing.
Air drying is best to preserve the fabric and waterproof layer. You can lay them flat or hang them in sunlight, which also helps naturally disinfect. We don't recommend using a tumbler unless on low heat.
Bring extra pads and our waterproof carry bag. Once you change the pad, fold it and place it in the bag until you can wash it at home.
